Are your child’s friends going to go home and you want to prepare games for them to have a good time? Do not lose detail!
If you have to spend an afternoon with children at home, then you probably want to know some games that you can play with them so that they can move. Children need activity and movement to have fun, a happy child moves and makes noise! If you sit too long, something is wrong or you are getting sick …
But if one afternoon your child has invited his friends to play at home, then you must have some ideas up your sleeve to have fun. Thus, it is more than certain that they will have a great time and in addition to having a snack, they will have an incredible time together! Do you need game ideas to increase the fun in your home? Don’t miss out on these games!
ONE BY LAND AND TWO BY SEA
Mark a line on the ground with chalk or painter’s tape. Choose a person to call the commands “land”, “sea” or “air”. Have the rest of the players face the line, shoulder to shoulder. If the caller says “land”, everyone jumps behind the line. If the caller says “sea”, everyone jumps over the line. If the caller says “air”, everyone jumps up. (For an added challenge: if the caller says “land” or “sea” twice in a row, they can’t move on the second line). Whoever jumps on the line or makes a mistake is eliminated and whoever is last wins.
It is obvious that in your living room you will not be able to play soccer with regulation balls, but with balloons everything is easier. You can play balloon soccer and make up the rules so everyone can have equal fun. Do you already know what the rules will be? Let the children invent them and you will have a great time!
COOPERATIVE GAMES AND SOMETHING CALMER
The cold bubble
Give the children socks to wear on their hands. Then blow bubbles (soap bubbles) and have the players try to catch them. For an added challenge (or for older kids), have the players form a circle and try to pass a bubble from person to person. How long can the bubbles keep flying before they explode? You can put a stopwatch!
FOLLOW THE HIDDEN LEADER
This game can be played sitting or standing, and is good for lowering the energy a bit if the going gets tough or the kids are too nervous or upset. You can start by pointing to a child to be the guesser.
Ask him to leave the room or face the wall for a minute while you designate another child as the leader (point to this so that the one doing it does not hear). The leader begins by making a subtle movement, such as touching his earlobe or moving a foot. All the other players follow suit (and have to sneak a peek) and every few seconds, the leader switches to a new action. The guesser tries to figure out who the leader is … then the leader goes on to guess!
WE MADE FOOD
Put plastic cups in line and choose a food or candy that is round like corn balls or any other that you can think of. The game consists of seeing who scores the most in the plastic cups. Whoever scores the most in a given time will win the game. The reward? We will have to decide between all of us !?
AN ACTIVE CLASSIC
Do not forget about the most active classic games . They are easy to play and infinitely variable. You can make them harder or easier, competitive or not. some classic games can be:
- The chair game
- Simon says
- Stepping on balloons
- Hiding place
- Treasure hunt
