In a bowl add the sweetener, the flour, the raspberries and the liter of milk. Depending on the tastes of the child, there are two options. If you like lumps, stirring the mixture until it looks creamy will suffice. Otherwise, when the child prefers it to be a cream without whole pieces of fruit, it will be enough to pass it through the blender until it is well beaten. CHEESECAKE
The ingredients that we need are:
– 200 grams of Maria cookies
– 3 eggs
– 250 grams of cottage cheese
– 70 grams of butter
– 30 grams of corn flour
– 150 grams of strawberries
– 125 grams of unsweetened strawberry jam
– 2 tablespoons of sweetener
– 10 grams of ground cinnamon
In a bowl, crush the cookies and stir together with the butter, an egg and the ground cinnamon. The butter can be previously melted if it is easier for us. Once this dough is made, we use it to line the mold in which we are going to make the cake . In another container we add the remaining ingredients, that is, the cottage cheese, the eggs, the cornmeal and the sweetener to beat it until it is uniform. Once we get that texture, just pour it over the cookie dough.
Next, heat the oven to 160 degrees for a maximum of 10 minutes and insert our cake for 15 to 20 minutes. Once we remove it from the oven, we will have to decorate it on top with the strawberry jam and with pieces of strawberry distributed in the way that we like the most. To finish, we put it in the fridge to cool it down and be able to eat it.
CUSTARD
The ingredients that we need are:
– 500 cc of milk
– 16 grams of unsweetened vanilla powder
– Maria cookies
– Lemon rind
– Cinnamon sticks and ground
– 2 tablespoons of sweetener
With a little milk, dilute the vanilla powder in it. Then boil the remaining milk with the lemon rind and the cinnamon stick. When it is boiling, add the previously diluted mixture and return it to boil until it thickens. Remove the lemon peel and cinnamon sticks and pour the contents into the containers. Garnish with the Maria cookies and ground cinnamon in a way that you like the most.
APPLE PIE
The ingredients that we need are:
– 700 grams of apples
– 2 eggs
– 250 cc of milk
– 200 grams of wheat flour
– 50 grams of corn flour
– 150 grams of unsweetened plum jam
– 16 grams of yeast
– 125 cc of water
– 2 tablespoons of sweetener
Separate 150 grams of apple to garnish and the rest is placed in a container with the two types of flours, eggs, milk, yeast and sweetener to beat it. On the other hand, spread a mold with a little butter and sprinkle flour before pouring this mixture. Once the mixture is poured, garnish with apple pieces on top and heat the oven for 15 minutes at 170 degrees. Once ready, put the mold in for 30 minutes. The ingredients that we need are:

– 1 egg

In a bowl, beat the egg with the milk and a little sweetener until well mixed. Once the mixture is done, you pour it into a flanera and put it in a bain-marie until it sets. When it has set, it will have to be allowed to cool. The final touch is given with a mixture of sweetener and cinnamon that is sprinkled on top to accompany it.
RICE PUDDING
The ingredients that we need are:
– 750 cc of milk
– 100 grams of rice
– Lemon peel
– Ground and stick cinnamon
– 3 tablespoons of sweetener
In a saucepan put water to boil to add the rice when it reaches the boil and let it cook for 15 minutes. We remove the rice and with a colander we clean it with cold water. In another container, boil the milk, the lemon peel and the cinnamon stick for 10 minutes, after which the rice and the sweetener will be added. It is boiled again and finally the cinnamon stick and the lemon peel are removed. It is poured into the container in which it will be served and sprinkled with ground cinnamon. If we want it to be thicker and creamier, in the second boil we will keep it at low heat, stirring constantly for an hour.
STRAWBERRY POPSICLES
The ingredients that we need are:
– 125 grams of frozen strawberries
– 125 grams of natural skim yogurt
– 1 tablespoon of sweetener
After removing the strawberries five minutes before the freezer, they are sprinkled with sweetener. They are then poured into a container along with the yogurt to beat the mixture, either by hand or with the mixer.
