• In recent years, frozen yogurt has become very fashionable as a nutritious and healthy product, when it really is not. It is rich in calories and fat, so its consumption should be moderate. Frozen yogurt has three times more calories and sugar than plain yogurt .

HOW MUCH ICE CREAM CAN A CHILD HAVE?

A child can have ice cream as long as its consumption is moderate and the diet that follows is healthy and balanced . Parents can choose to offer their children a much healthier and more nutritious alternative.

For this, it is enough to crush a little frozen fruit and mix it with a little natural yogurt or peanut butter. In this way, children enjoy ice cream much healthier than what they can buy on the street.
